DUP in icmp

Hi all,

There is a kb -https://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB31657&cat=EX4550&actp=LIST

But when trying to ping other devices running junos, th same things are happening. I read the KB, it says that "have a separate Routed VLAN interface (RVI) configuration for the second subnet." But I couldn;t understant enough...

Anyone explain why this DUP! occurs? And what solution must be?
