can't ping to interface FXP0

Hi

I have one of SRX cluster and assign two IP addresses for interface FXP0 on node 0 and interface FXP0 on node 1 which is 192.168.111.1 and 192.168.111.2. 

I designed a dedicated switch as gateway of OOB management.  A 192.168.111.254 is gateway.

Between switch and SRX, there is interconnect interface (192.168.222.0). I configured "static route 192.168.111.0/24 next-hop 192.168.222.1"

I try to ping an IP address gateway on switch. It is suceess 

but I try to ping 192.168.111.1 or 192.168.111.2, It doesn't work.

Do you have any recommend to troubleshoot this problem?
