I am in the process of configuring a firewall with IDP, I have installed the licence key but now looking at the other steps but there are a few questions I have.
The firewall is running in transparent mode and therefore does not have internet access to download the latest idp security package and we also do not use Junos Space, What are my options for installing this ?
Also, I currently have a number of security policy’s going to and from different zones, having looked at the juniper KB it recommends a policy along the lines of;
set security policies from zone trust to-zone untrust policy secure-to-unsecure then permit application-services idp
My question is that would this have impact of the other security policy’s I have configured ? Where in the policy list (first policy or last policy before deny etc.) would this above policy’s be located ?
