SRX 220 HA requirement ?

Hi everyone, How are you doing? I have one question relate to upgrade SRX standalone to become Chasis Cluster.
my issue is i am not clear relate to "license key". in the requirement, both device must be sameof lincense key. I understand about it, but in my case,I have an existing SRX 220 with UTM lincese, and it gonna expired on September this year. My plan is to buy one more SRX 220 and upgrade to become Cluster, but my plan I don't want to use UTM anymore, so for a new SRX I won't buy UTM license come with. So as I decribe briefly above, there is any issue if one device has UTM license and one device don't have UTM license, if I want to configure HA? Note: after I confiugre HA, I don't use feature of UTM license. Thank in advance for your answer. If you ain't clarify my question please drop your commend bellow.
